Spotloan Help

Anyone dealt with Spotloan? I do not think they are legal in TN and I am trying to see how to proceed.


I am dealing with them now. Will keep everyone posted. The insist I owe interest and need to pay ASAP. I owe $149 on my principal and sticking to that

I have researched not found a license for the state of Ohio, they say it doesn't matter since it isn't a payday loan. I have paid back all principal to them plus additional $77, I know I won't ever see that over payment. Just making sure I am correct that I do not owe them even though they say they are a legal.

Nope mate...Spot Loan is illegal all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.
