I currently have a loan with Western Sky/Cash Call/Delbert. I live in Tennessee. Does anyone have any info on where Tennessee stands on these loans? I've been searching the internet but can't find any information. I am in the same situation as everyone else on here and trying to figure out what my next steps should be.

since it was originall a western sky loan it is illegal.google to see if your state is one of the many taking action against this scam.if not file AN AG complaint asap.

Western Sky is an illegal

Western Sky is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with this illegal crap.

Western Sky in TN

Just wondering where you stand with this loan now. I closed my account and told them I would only be paying the principal and still got the same response that I owe the loan and finance charges.

they can claim anything they want.it's still illegal,and know it.cashcall,and delbert will lie out of their ass.they are going down,and know it.they just want to take as much as possible before the boom drops.
