I have sent them all the letters, closed account, etc. I had overpaid on several loans, and they still want a balance for the latest loan. which the others covered several times over. I keep sending letters, filed complaints, any idea now what to do???

ignore any further communication from them.they are tribal delusional,and stupid.a waste of your time to try and reason with idiots.however keep track of their attempts to contact,and file follow-up complaints.do that.
