Has anyone dealt with Mariner Group regarding defaulting on Everest Cash Advance? I thought the nightmare was over but I just received a call from them saying they have 2 claims against me...one for fraud and I forgot what the other one was. Not sure if they are legitimate or not. Thanks!!

everest is illegal,and mariner is a bottomfeeder.just with that call they broke the law.so report them to our AG,AND THE FTC,and do not call them.report and ignore.
