Anyone had them call about serving papers? I calked them just to listen, told them I had no idea what they were wanting, and they connected me to another group that says I had a loan with a company I never had. They gave me an email address to reply to, but it doesn't work, also a fax number, but I wish to not fax to them. Do I just ignore them?

yes people have been called by these losers,and yes it is a complete scam as nobody calls ahead before serving you.so as you asked at the end of your post.ignore,but report them to your AG,AND THE FTC.

I would also go to your County Court System's website and pull up any cases under your name. When you see nothing, you know that these people are just out for a payday.
