BOA Class Action Settlement and Chex Systems

Bank of America settled a class action suit for check reordering to collect millions of dollars in overdraft fees fees. Will people who were put into Chex Systems due to the enormous unpaid negative balances caused by this practice be able to get their name cleared? If so, how? Thanks

whoever was effected can request,or print out the ruling plus anything received in the mail regarding the settlement.i would think there would be some verbage regarding that in the ruling,but that's just me.
BTW
when was the date,or dates these occurred?when i was part of the national city class action it was off of chex systems. anyway i'm guessing that any chex systems entries are still there.
