Hi. Is radiant cash a legal lender in PA? This is an online loan. They are calling it an installment loan.

no lender is legal.that includes installment loans.alot of illeqal online lenders will try and buffalo you.again no lenders is legal in PA,so treat radiant like your typical illegal.
