Hope all of you are listing! :lol: It's here an association for collectors! My name is Joseph G (founder) of TCA. We have attended various conventions such as DBA (debt buyer's assoc.), NARCA (national assoc of retail collection att), Thompson's, and ACA... The response has been great! We have big names associated with our association and will be aiding in the "steps to maximum potential". This association promotes ethics, productivity, & longevity! Being consistent is vital to a company's growth and vital to the collector's growth as well. High turnover is no longer going to be an issue! I feel this type of association has been highly anticipated and is now here. Feel free to contact me here online for more info. I can see that your intentions are good, and that your heart is in the right place, but this forum is full of consumers who have been wounded by the corrupt.

However, anything you can add to this forum to assist the people here would mean worlds to all of us, and you along with anyone else you know, will find that you are welcome and greatly appreciated as mentors.

actually, I have nothing against collection agencies, for they are a necessary but unpleasant aspect of business. I would gladly work to assist a CA in maintaining not only legal compliance but ethical conduct of business including treatment of employees, clients and debtors.
