I have info on interim Cash. When I first defaulted they called and offered to let me send a money order and said they were based out of London but had an office in New York: Here is the address:
19 W 34th Street, Suite 1018, NY, NY 10001
I could not afford to pay them, so now they are calling. My caller ID shows an overseas phone No. 011442084922780.
They have left messages; I don't listen to the messages or talk to them (because I know they would be threatening me. I have been in default for two months; They have been calling like five or six times a day but have not called at all this week. I think they are illegal and will eventually give up.

The number I have is 877-539-6703

They are definitely a bunch of crooks. Also in violation of most of the laws regarding loans in Florida and probably most other states.

Hey all! I had a loan with Interim Cash as well. They have been nickel and diming my account since I was laid off from work and unable to settle the loan. After all they have taken out of the account without authorization, I should only owe them like $40. but if you count all the NSF fees I've since been charged, i'm sure we are well more than even. If anyone has any info on them from a legal standpoint, or how i can get them to quit trying to debit my account, please email me at Email removed as per forum rules-Mike. To all those who haven't yet used them and are researching: STAY AWAY!

Ben

Woooow i thik these ppl are a**holes, they called me and asked me all these personal questions and told me i was approved for a loan and i didnt even know where in the world did they get my name and work phone. They said they would process the money within 24 hrs and didnt, so i called to see what had happened and said that my loan had been denied. He then told me to wait a couple days to see if the funds would trasnfer, i told him to forget about it and delete my profile from the computers (their system) Then i asked him to mail, fax or email me a copy or a paper stating they had closed my account and refused to do so. I told him that it was illegal since he was denieing my own personal information to myself, his response was that they couldnt send out any sort of paperwork from their office..... hmmmm a little weird right? the number i got was 877-539-6703, and according to him he said the website address was route66founding.com ... i looked it up and no s*it came up, they are a bunch of bullsh**ters !!!!!

Does anyone know where to find info on the legality of some of these in particular states? I have several open and would like to see if they are allowed to lend in Texas.

Hello everyone. I just joined and have been reveiwing info about Interim Cash. I really need help. I took out a payday loan with these people, and I believe they are responsible for unauthorized debits to my account. I closed my account, and now they keep calling. They call me at work, and have started to call my supervisor. I told them that I wouldn't give them a dime b/c of the problem eith my checking acct. Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of these people? I thougt abouit sending a ceast & desist letter to both the NY & London offices. I live in NC, and was told that payday loans aren't even legal here. Someone please help!
Thanks!
