payday loan class action

I would like to know if anyone can give some advice.

I want to submit a post regarding my current situation with a payday loan company. So far I have gathered crucial evidence against this company. What I would like to do is post on your website my situation so far so that everyone can respond by sumbitting there info and somehow I can get in contact with these people so that we can all gather our info and file a class action suit.

I know that we can't post private conact info but hopefully something else will work. I know some of this info is private and thats why I will need to get in contact with these individuals. As I stated above my current file of evidence is very impressive now all I need is to gather other victims with the same situation and bring this company down. I have spent well over 20 hours in research and I'm not even done yet. Let's all make a strong impact and together we can achieve! For all wondering this is in re: to Cash today limited.

Have you contacted any attorney for this purpose? Your attorney can suggest you some strategy on how to get more people involved in the case.

Have you noticed debt consolidation Care offers free bolgs to the registered members? Blog is your own space and you can use it personally. So you can share more information with the world through your blog. Hope this helps.

I want to update everyone and let them know how far I got so far. Yesterday Cash Today Limited was able to deduct another $177.00 from my account. I finally placed my account on limited status but I also had forms signed to not let them hit my account but they still do not matter what.

I already have my account going thru investigation with my bank. (but this might take awhile. I started to put together a file of evidence to build my case however I got really upset that they still could hit my account so I decided to just go for it.

I have contacted a lawyer who is currently looking into the case for me I also already submitted my complaints to various department. When submitting the complaint I have notified them (deptartments and lawyer) that several people are looking to come forward and present there case as well. Hopefully I will start getting some responses and we can move forward.

When speaking with the lawyer he said that there is definetly some illegal activity going on. And with the info that I gave him and cases that others present as well that hopefully we can move forward with the class action suit.

I don't want to speak to soon but I think it looks good so far.
