ok so i just faxed my paperwork and paid my first payment.....im worried. i hope this company is all that i have heard it is.

The hold time is frustrating- but I haven't found a way around it. Sometimes I will hit it just right and there will be no wait at all, sometimes I will wait 10-15 minutes.

I don't think I had to send it in the mail. I am thinking that the faxed one was all I did. Check with them in case I am remembering incorrectly. I send my payments in by Western Union and I always follow up with them to be sure they received it.

When we started I just faxed the contract to them and that was okay. The hold time on the phone does get frustrating but if you try them early when they open up it seems to be better (now, don't all you try to call on the day that I call!! :D ) this week that it had been in the past month. I know they are very busy but some days I'll just leave my name and my rep calls me back. Whatever the wait working with them is worth it.
