Hi Sylvester. Welcome to the forums!
A collector may contact you in person, by mail, telephone, telegram, or fax. However, a debt collector may not contact you at inconvenient times or places, such as before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., unless you agree. A debt collector also may not contact you at work if the collector knows that your employer disapproves of such contacts.

Shirley is right, there is no such limitation. It depends upon the person, when far he/she will consider it as harassment. However, collectors cannot call you on Sundays, statutory holidays or before 7 a.m. and after 9 p.m.
You should send cease comm letter to them asking for stop calling you. Mention clearly that all communications should be done through mails. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested.

This is part of the fdcpa Laws from the FTC website. Maybe this can help.
