:( Hi everyone, and thanks so much for letting me be part of this wonderful group. I have been reading through many of the posts here, and it is so nice to see that there are others out there like myself. My husband and I have several payday loans, and would like to consolidate them as well as several credit cards. I have seen several members talk about T&C. Could someone please tell me how there program works and what the monthly payments look like. As most of you probably know, we have gotten these loans because finances are tight, and we have had a few emergancies. We want to make good on them without having to keep getting them. I currently live in Texas, and that is where the loans are, but will be relocating to CA next week. The loans are all in my husbands name, and we have closed the checking account that they were written on. Can they garnish his wages? Do they have to work with the debt consolidation company? I am so nervous that when we move they are going to start taking out the money from my husbands paycheck...............I can afford to maybe pay 100-150 a month on them. Any advice would be helpful....Thanks :(


I'd love to have someone pm me the information about this company as well... I'm stuck in payday loan hell.

I'm new to this forum, and I must say that everyone I've spoken to has been wonderful!

I found it because of many payday loans (same old story). I'm a new client of T&C and so far, so good. I haven't had the hassle from the PDL people YET, I'm sure that is coming. But T&C definitely worked with me and I have a low payment that I can now afford rather than spending my entire paycheck on loan payments and still getting nowhere.

As you have registered here, you will be getting a call from a counselor shortly. He will plan out your payments and do the negotiations with your creditors. You can leave it on his shoulders thereafter.

Be sure to check this forum out in your spare time. A lot of info has been posted here by all of us fighting with the debts. Sometimes, it's hard to get a solution of every problem, but we all share our experiences here so that someone benefits out of it. We will appreciate you being here often.
