Did you check their websites for the addresses? Sometimes they list them on there. CPD sounds like Credit Protection Depot who collects for mycashnow.

I can't find the website for dca, it seems to have disappeared. And I thought CPD was a seperate loan place? But I can't find a website for them either. Kinda hard to pay people when i can't find them online.
