 cash transfer centers called me today and told me they wont accept anything from T&C and that they rae going to call me everyday at home and work until its paid....what do I do? I dont want this rude guy to get me in trouble at work.....

They will accept payments from T&C. I am with them and they are accepting my payments. You need to file formal complaints with the Attorney General, Consumer Protection in your state and in the states of PA and DE. Do Not let them scare you. There is alot of us here in the forums that are or have dealt with Sonic and we will help you as much as possible.

Well, Quickpayday still hasn't accepted T&C and they called me again today after T&C called them on Tuesday. When will they accept T&C I asked T&C to call Quickpayday, I told them I spoke with Amanda. I am hoping QuickPD will accept T&C. The other lenders have. Haven't heard from GECC, AIP, United Cash, US Fast Cash - do any of you have those? I emailed GECC when I went with T&C for consolidatin haven't heard anything from them. Should I call T&C and ask them to fax proposal letter again?

I am also in the same boat,
I have a loan through CTC
and could not pay in full. I have sent them a letter explaining my situation and also have sent them 2 money orders to apply to my account. I have asked them not to contact me any furthur regarding this account at home or workplace but they continue to do so. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision for harassment. Anyone getting the same treatment from these companies should to the same. Just do a search under Federal Trade Commision and you can file your complaint online. If recieving enough complaints on a certain company they can investigate

How long ago did you default? Did you send a C & D...even though it may not apply to the original creditor it cannot hurt.

I'd keep on faxing/sending the letters and filing with the FTC/SAG.

Are you using the: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=

for the FTC?
