Well, it looks like none of the internet payday lenders are licensed in Arizona from the list given by jj.

Does anyone have a template letter to write to these non-licensed PD lenders? Maybe I can have them forgive the loan!?

You could try the one I posted in the JD Marketing thread...You can change it to your situation. I charge $5 copy fee...heheh *joking*

Not even a single internet PD lender is licensed to lend money in the state of Arizona. I called the Dept of Financial Institutions and was told to file a complaint and they will penalize them. I should also file a complaint with AZ's AG.

I guess I should call myself the Payday Loan Avenger II :)

Let me know if you need other AZ complaints. That is where I live also. I agree none of them are listed as licensed. The only type I saw were the store front payday loan lenders.
