I'm having a bad day!

Oh wow..Listen to this one. Ok, first of all, work was rough today. But that's nothing...My bathroom is painted apple green with yellow accessories. I worked really hard on this last year, and it's adorable. Well, here in town they have a place where you can get home stuff like light fixtures, wallpaper, etc for really cheap - it's all donated, leftover stuff from building habitat for humanity homes. Anyway, I found a sink in my shade of yellow...Gorgeous! $4.00.
I brought it home and wanted it NOW..Didn't want to wait for my husband to get home and tell me he'd do it this weekend. So I took the old sink out, (yes, I remembered to turn off the water main) put the new one in, and sealed it up. Then I turned the water back on. I hear WHOOOOOOSH. I turn the water back off-there's water all over the place in my bathroom. I got out the shop vac, it's all good. I tightened the conections up, turned the water back on, everythings ok. So I went to the store. Well, 45 min later when I got home I heard WHOOOOOOOOSH. The pipe burst. There was water all over my bathroom and the hallway, heading toward my son's room. I got it cleaned up, but meanwhile my son has to go #2. So he goes in the other bathroom. He starts yelling, he had the stomach flu and he needs help. So the stench in there is awful, and of course we can't flush the toilet cuz the water is off. So I take out the yellow sink and put the old one back in, I just need some new plastic tubing to make the yellow one fit. that goes ok, i turn the water back on. I go in the other bathroom where my son was to flush the toilet. Well, the pressure of the water being back on made the toilet go WHOOOSH and stuff flew out and landed on the wall and the tank. I just finished cleaning that up. So how are you guys doing?
