Need a fax# or address

If this is the same one that was calling before demanding money be Western Unioned to them by a certain time then I think this may the same one a lot of have received. It is a scam. Did they state they were going to send it to there legal department, or that you had committed fraud, or they were going to come arrest you? If so, then it is the company that a lot of us have had problems with. Read the threads on United Federal Bank and Interstate Wire Compliance.

Yes, it's the same one. But with a different phone number - they look like they have a NY number now instead of a FL number. That's why I am not sure what to do. Yes, I owe "Plaza Processing" some money from a payday loan, but I have called them an tried to set up an arrangement directly with them. No luck there yet either. In the meantime, these non-English speaking people (Steve Adams, George, Jack) keep harassing me at work, stating they they are now with the State's attorney office and they are going to come to my place of employment to arrest me. Isn't it illegal for them to say that they are an attorney?? But how can I prove it? I want to SUE these people.

Yes it is illegal. I believe I also talked to Steve Adams. When I talke to them I stated I wanted a validation letter and stood very firm with this. They would give me an address or fax number. They have called me in sometime and they transferred me to a "manager" too. I stated the same thing. I told them I wanted the debt validated. They never came and arrested me at work; even though they threatened that too. I just stuck to my guns.

I also am on the "Do Not Call" list and filed a complaint there too with their phone number. That is interesting information about the NY number. Haven't got that one yet.

Keep your chin up and stick to your guns. If it is a valid debt, they must validate it for you and shouldn't have a problem with that request. If they can't; they aren't for real and are scamming you.

Sorry a few mispellings. They wouldn't give me an address or fax number.
