These people are driving me bananas.

I owe on a T-mobile account with these people.

I have set up payment arrangements.

They WILL NOT QUIT CALLING ME! They've told me twice they're removing me from the computer, but they keep calling. I've talked to them twice today, and they've called 4 times.

I'm losing my patience with these people.

Has anyone worked with them before? Were they this irritating?

Thanks,

Jessica

JJ, I love you...lol :)

I told her that if I get another call tomorrow, there will be Hell to pay. I told her I almost fell out of the bathtub rushing to the phone, (My uncle is looking for a new job, and it could have been a potential new employer) only to look at the caller ID and see their number for the 4th time in less than 6 hours. I told her if I would have fallen and hurt my bad leg I would have sued them for harassment.

They do not OWN the account, they are hired by T-mobile to collect on it--If i don't pay Bay Area, they'll send me to an actual "collection agency" charge off deal...so I'm paying them, but I've MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS!! WHY ARE THEY CALLING ME! I could understand them calling me on April 1 if they didn't get their payment on March 31! But not on March 23 BEFORE they get their money...

I also have a T-mobile account they are trying to collect on. Bay Area had it way back in the beginning. They called On my cell phone) once. I told them I thought the debt was invalid and wanted validation, and to stop calling be. They never called me , and the account is just being handed around from one collection agency to another. The agencies it goes to from there aren't nearly as nice to deal with.

I didn't mind them so much when I talked to the guy the first time a couple of weeks ago. I said I wanted to take care of the charges, but I would need to make payments. He asked if I would do it electronically, and I said, "Yes, no problem." (I prefer to do it that way because if I have to mail it in, I'll let it sit and keep "forgetting." )

So he took my information and I set it up. And then the phone calls STILL did not stop. And the other day I was just not in the mood.
