Try to find out for which account they are calling you? Once you get the details of the original creditor, contact them and get the account settled with them directly.
Meanwhile, if Allied Interstate calls again, ask for their address so that you can send debt validation and cease comm letter. Also inform them that your son is not going to pay anything without debt validation.
