my bank is threatening collection agency because my account is 1000.00 in the neg due to od fees that payday loans caused! any advice would be appreciated :oops: im also taking point donations as becasue of this mess im trying to raise 500.00 for my 7 month old son to have surgery....im broke...god bless you guys and i wish you the best of luck!


My son went through od fees,though his was from being stupid and not paying attention to his account. Anyway,he and I went to the bank,asked to speak to an officer or president or something,to see how we could settle this. Anyway,I guess because we went up there and explained and wanted to fix this,they didn' send it to the D.A.'s office and allowed him to pay it out and off. Why don't you tald with your loan officer,if you have one,or and officcer and tell them the circumstances and that you want to get this taken care of. I have know of them,in my friend's case,to wave some of the od fees due to circumstance. Good Luck to you,hope this helps

Contact your bank and explain the situation. Hope they will help you to sort it out. Could you tell us, if these overdrafts were charged after you consolidate? Have you informed your lender about the consolidation program?

The fees I was told would be split with me!!! I cant afford 500.00!!!
