Asset Acceptance
Good morning. I am not sure where to post this question so I hope this works! I have received a letter from a lawyer in NE for an account that I have with Asset. They have filed a judgement against me and yes, it is my debt. My questions is this...At this point, can I call and negotiate a payoff such as 50% of the debt? Think they'll go for that? Also, can I just call Asset or do I have to call the lawyer now that it's a judgement? I would truly appreciate any help I can get. I want to get this paid and over with! Thank you!
