Welcome to the forums! I'm assuming you've already defaulted on your loan? What lendor is this with? Most lendors are asking you to send in the full payment, usually on your next payday. One warning that you need to be aware of, is that they'll go ahead and attempt to get the full amount back via a debit through your checking account. Even if they claim you've already been turned over to their collections department, and they'll only accept a MoneyGram payment, most of the contracts state they'll attempt as many debits as needed to get their money back.
If you can only afford to pay them 1/2, then move the rest of your money into savings, until your next payday. Remember though, that each time they attempt to get their money and there is an NSF attached, you'll be facing another fee.

Mike

IF you post the name of the company you are dealing with, maybe other members of the community have had experience and can offer advice based on experience. Likewise someone maybe offer to relates their experiences if they needed to make special arrangement or defaulted on their loan (While I actively advocate NOT TAKING PDL's, if you most, at all cost try not to default on them)

I don't want to name the company here (I did yesterday and he called me back and made threats about slander against him and his company) but would gradly send it to in a PM if you would like. Thanks
