Magnum Cash advance will stop payment this week, but I will incur "daily" charges.
United Cash Loans will still attempt to debit, but will send to collections when it doesn't go through. But get this, they will not report to credit agencies and they will still offer me a loan! I said forget about that. They said they won't hold the collections against me! LMFAO!
USFast Cash absolutely won't work with me...and will still attempt to debit my account then send to collections right away.
I'm alittle less sick today but still worried!

I did not know that it was against the law to have more than one outstanding payday loan.
I wave four loans out at this time. These fees are killing me! I actually am not going to receive another paycheck until August 22, but they are due to debit fees on August 8, since I do not have the funds to repay the loans in full. What recourse do I have? All of the loans were authorized and transacted online. Are online loans easier to dispute or what? My loans are all for $30 per 100, and I have loans for the following amounts: $400, $300, $300, and $200. That's a total payoff of $1,200. If anyone has any information regarding this, please let me know. All of these loans have been taken out in the past month. How was I allowed to do this?
