question about T and C

I finally got through to someone at T and C and she told me if i had the paperwork back to them by wed or thurs they could stop the pdl debits on friday. was just wondering if that could really happen. It would be great and a little less worry.

I get them my payment last wed. and the debits still went throug

I get them my payment last wed. and the debits still went through. They mail letters, so the companies wouldn't be able to get them in time for the debits to stop.
