Hi everyone,
I'm sorry I haven't been around as much as usual but it seems there are some great people to help out :-). I've leard a lot from the posts over the last couple of days. So much new information and so many new people seeking help with payday loans. Remember, that you are not alone, we are here to help. I probably won't be around as much as usual due to work schedule, family, and my sick doggy. I'm in the process of ending my relationship with T &C. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them. :-) I have three lenders left and I'm going to fight them on my own. I have started a series of complaints that will continue over the next couple of weeks or so. I just have to find the time to finish them. Two lenders are not licensed in my state in their state of operations, well one is claiming to be from Grenada. I am going to seek a refund from that company. There are some good letter examples going around the forum that I hope no one minds that I take tid bits from. One lender is licensed in their state but not mine. It seems they possibly could be breaking laws in their own state as well. I've started my complaints with them. I know my fight is not over but I'm done giving them my hard earned money. I've severely over paid these companies and they'll just be happy with that. I will keep you updated on my progress. Thanks for all of the support :)
