Please share your situation with us. What exactly happened with you? How did you realize that they gave out your info? If they did this without your knowledge and authorization, then you can bring legal charges against them. Consult a lawyer immediately.

Also paying back $1500 for $100 loan seems painful. You can contact Consumer Protection Agency of your state to inquire if this is permissible in your state or not.

Being whacked with 150% interest is extortion. What they took from your bank account is cut and dry thievery. Yep, this is and organization of charlatans.

With ameriloan, or any of these crook's, you need to be tough on THEM! Especially if you are right. You can't be afraid of them or take any shit from them. Keep things simplified, that is one of the things they do well.. Over complicate things to confuse you and make life difficult for you. Again, don't tolerate it! Challange anything that doesn't sound right, threaten and take legal action. Don't let them confuse you with circular logic.

Stand tough, they don't like that. These people aren't high caliber, highly paid, super dynamic, financial wizards! Not by a long shot, in fact, take that last sentence and reverse everthing I said and that is basicly who you are dealing with. And they all will take the easy route, if they can't push you around and bully you into paying them more money or whatever they are calling you for, they will avoid you and go after someone who will bend a little easier. Just read all the posts in here, there are a million easy mark's out there to prey on... Don't be one, and if you are, STOP!
