I'm sure in a pickle now! My check today goes for my rent and overdue bills and I won't have enough for my retainer fee to T&C!!
I'm about to lose my mind.
As of today I'm in default on 4 pdl's. The others are willing to wait 2 more weeks...
I don't seem to be able to get anywhere with this problem I'm in...I feel like I'm falling in the biggest black hole with no way out!

Talk to T&C. Maybe if some of the bills you are about to pay are also some of the bills which T&C will be working on, then you may be better off to use that money to pay T&C. I'm not advocating not paying your bills, they will get paid in the program. I am saying you may find a wiser immediate use for your money.

Clay..thank you for you kind response. Since my last check got eaten up by the pdl people, this week's absolutely had to go to rent and utilities that I'm already late on. That left about $50 for gas, food and pet food for the next two weeks.
Then most of that check will go to paying OFF those pdl people, or most of them anyway. The ones I can't work with will go into T&C, but not until the 20th.

I've worked out several payment plans with most of them, but there are 3 that won't work with me, so I will await the calls to start.

Thank you again for your support and the use of this site to have somewhere to come to while the chips are down!!!

Have you listed all your payday loans with T &C? Then I would let them handle the proposal amounts and getting those matters settled. I know how frustrating and frightening it can be when you decided to consolidate this kind of debt. I was in your shoes a few short months ago. It's hard to pay them and catch up on bills that you are behind on, maybe you can pay T &C out of your next check? We don't want you going without electricity or a place to live. I wouldn't make arrangments on your own at this point, just let T &C handle it when you can send them the retainer fee. Everything will work out for you. Are these online lenders or store front lenders?

I felt the same way with my pdls they were taking up my whole paycheck and I fell behind in my utilities, house payment and lot rent (I live in a mobile home park) I am slowly catching up on utilities and my morgage comany is letting me make biweekly payments. I have all my pdls with T&C except two which I am making payments too. I have one other creditor that I want T&C to work on they call me every Saturday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 est. Is that legal I thought they couldn't call before 9:00 am? It is a credit card from FNB of Marin can I send them a cease and desist(?) sorry don't know how to spell that one!) letter?

He there avenger!
Yes I listed the loans with T&C, but have not sent them the information back because I didn't have the retainer fee this week.
I found that calling these pdl's I was able to arrange payment in full with most of them without additional fees, and get it in writing.
I make decent money and am currently going to be working a 60 hour week coming up.
With my overtime and most of my utilities and rent now paid, I should be able to pay off most of them.
Of course with the exception of UnitedCL,USFastcash and cashnet500 (I still can't get a hold of them)
So I'll probably let T&C handle them.
Thanks for your info...
