Is T&C the actual name ?? or initals? If initials, what is their real name?

I sent them the retainer via western union on Wednesday and will be paying them $50 per week. This is far better than the $700 dollars per week I was paying those loan sharks. But i can;t close my account because it would take too much for me to change my payroll deposit. Plus, the sharks debited my account and I am now $168 dollars overdrawn. How do i get them to stop?

Ask your bank to stop debits from those lenders if it is not possible to close the account. Explain your bank that you have made other payment arrangements, still these lenders are trying to withdraw money from your account. Hope your bank will help you.
