THIS OFFER IS CONTINGENT ON THE FACT THAT NO OTHER DEBITS THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN PAID ON YOUR ACCOUNT ARE RETURNED TO US BY YOUR BANK.***IF THAT HAPPENS YOUR ACCOUNT WILL GO INTO COLLECTIONS FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OWED OF $545**********



Well, I froze my account before they could take out the last fee, and I sent them the letter first before I defaulted.
JJ....I sent them the letter you suggested. Anything else you can suggest? Anyone else?
Rats....I got excited there for a minute.


What that says is that if your bank has already paid certain withdrawals, that you are not instructing them to return those as well. In otherwords, they are saying we are settliong for what you have paid us to date.

So I think you are safe, however I woud reply with
the following email:

"Thank you for responding appropriately to my correspondence and please accept this email as confirmation that my account is unconditinally satisified and closed. Additionally please be advised that my original communication was based on the legal position that our contract was invalid due to your illegal operation in my state. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the matter without involving the applicable regulatory agencies."

My guess is they will not respond at all and you are safe.

I got the same email. They tried to debit my frozen account. But my email did not have the last paragraph about collections. I faxed the email to T&C and they said 500fast cash and USFastCash (I got an email from them too) had discharged me and my account with them is closed.US Fast Cash also tried to debit the full amount of the loan from my frozen account. Wish the rest of them would!!

why is you still on my credit report and i paid you in full but i still have my void check you spose to have sent me aletter but you lied about that like you were spose to let them people know that the loan was paid in full

what is the 1800number there i want you to get this crap off my credit report i paid you why havn.t you sent me the letter like you said and why havn.t you cleared my account i hope you people is not trying to rob me i do have councelled check

This website is not affiliated with USFast Cash. This is a forum for people in debt to discuss their problems. Hopefully somebody here has the number to USFast Cash and will post it for you. Feel free to share your experiences with that company here though!
