My work check is being garnished for an old hospital bill. I am having surgery can my disability check be garnished?
They cant not garnish your disability check. ONLY CHILD SUPPORT

Did they win the judgment? Or they are just withholding the amount from your work check through your payroll department?
Disability Garnishment
I am currently on disability. A couple of years ago the employment security commission of nc overpaid me. Can they garnish my disability check for the amount they overpaid me? If so, will they take payments or take the entire amount at once?
