They said there was a problem with my checking account. These are the sh*&heads that I couldn't get a hold of.
So I sent them one of those famous letters telling them I've paid well over $1000 in fees and that my loan should be null and void, and they are not licensed in florida.

Here's hoping I get somewhere with them. They are Global Payday Loan, LLC. Anyone here ever dealt with them?

Yes, I've dealt with these people and they are a pain to deal with. I've pretty much just ignored their calls now and hopefully none of this goes on my credit report. Does anyone konw what other names these people go by? I don't even remember signing up with these guys but they claim that I opened an account. Has there been such a thing as companies creating accounts based off of 3rd party members?
