Received a call at work for me or my attorney to call 866-201-4603 anybody know this number.


I am not dealing with this group at all with their threats. What would you do?

Record all the calls with them if your state permits it, do not give them ANY info, only verify what they have on file if it is correct.If you cannot pay what they want, tell them you cannot pay and will call back when you can and simply hang up..do not let them intimidate you, and make sure you are in control of the call not them. Do not let them fluster you, and do not argue with them. Just say what you need to say and hang up. Oh, and of course, send them a validation letter..that'll probably get rid of them :)

Raffi,

Go through the forum pages and you will find tons of information about them. Do some research on the net too. People have posted negative feedback on them. Be cautious while dealing with them. Never pay anything without proper paperwork. Try to settle the account with original creditor.

received a call from these people a couple of hours ago. just like at the top. concerning a payday loan that they say is outstanding. The account was closed by the bank. they are rude and are they legit. I do not have the paperwork here with me. what to do?

Last Saturday I sent them a validation letter with a paragraph in there about calling my work and I have not received the first phone call since then.
