Hi, hope someone can read this quickly. I posted a link about cash today limited. They fraudenly debited $158 out of my husband's account today and my husband is a bit upset with me. to say the least. I don't understand, when I told them to not use his account, they did anyway. I am in knots about this. I consolidated the loan with T & C and they still deducted the amount from his checking account.

Good point LessIsMore.
And jmid, contact the bank to stop any such debits in future. Also inquire if they can credit the money back or not. Inform your counselor about what happened too.

Thats assuming they were properly licensed to do what they do in your state in the first place.

jmid..I'm so sorry. But these guys are ruthless. They called me at 11:30pm last night!
Then I wrote them a nasty email and someone called me in the morning saying he was the "manager" from there. I asked him where he was located and he said they are in London. I told him they need to heed our hours of operation here and it's unlawful to call anyone at that hour for a collection!!!
Then he said I owed him more money than I do, and I said the other guy that called me last night said it was a different amount....
Look out for them..the best thing to do is pay them off immediately.

That's a new one on me. Did he sound English? The only such operations I've heard of is some collector Bud Hibbs mentions on his site who calls from India. Either way, they broke the law by calling at that hour.
Yeah..I was shocked. The only calls at that hour are usually bad

He had that india accent, I've spoken to him before. They break the laws all over the place here, they don't care!
But they do have an address in Nevada where they will take payments by mail!
btw..that was me posting up there...silly, forgot to sign in!
