I noticed a hard inquiry on one of my credit reports from IFS. Their address is 327 w 4th in Hutchinson, KS. My google search resulted in an International House! Who are these people? Does this have to do with my payday loans? If so, what kind of a crooked business is this? An international house that does payday loans?!!!

Can I dispute an inquiry? If IFS/NCA-IFS has nothing to do with my PDLs, perhaps I should ask the beureaus to put me under fraud alert because IFS was not authorized to run credit checks on me.

Allright! We now have two Payday Loan Avengers! This means that we need another Jedi! Would anyone be interested in being my Jedi apprentice?

AZ, don't forget to contact the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Affaris in the state this company is in, the more people you have on your side, the better the turnout will be.

BTW, I am Kam. I changed my user name.

Well, I called the number and it turned out that this "international house" is also in the business of collecting payday loans. So I got into a heated argument with them and told them All Star was not licensed to make PDLs in AZ and not only have they commited a misdemeanor, but also the contract is void according to AZ state laws. Amazingly enough after showing her my knowledge of my rights, she went on with the bad check nonsense!!!!!

These people never get it unless they're shut down!! They underestimate our intelligence. Well, they got another thing coming!
