Victory is bittersweet when you defeat a payday lender. I finally recieved my reply from them and they stated in the response that they have marked our account paid in full and I get a refund.

hey get this.. on a whim, send rio resources an email complaining about their illegal lending to washington state residents and their use of a very bad CA. Mind you that this loan was a couple of years ago and was paid off. Well lo and behold they are actually going to refund the finance charge portion of what was paid.. I must say I am surprised.
