This is dedicated to all who are dealing with these payday loans...Don't be afraid of them...All it takes is a mention or two of your state's atty. general, and they'll start backing down.

Last night in chat I mentioned that when PAA went to take my final payment, they took an extra $60 from my account. I got him to refund it to me today..He's lucky I didn't ask for EVERYTHING extra I've paid to him, but I just want my $60.00 that he took..But it would have been so easy to get more, darn-it...I don't care though..I agreed to his terms and stuck with it...He's the one who got weird on me.

Watch his tone change through this...

This is a Reminder; your loan with our company is due on 4/17.
If you need to renew it, which means that we take finance fee only on 4/17 and extend principal, for another two weeks, with a new fee, go to our website: usadvance.com and click at "Request a Renewal".

Please submit it, latest 4/13, 1:00 pm central time.

If you do not have direct deposit or paydates have changed and, need fee payment to be scheduled for a date other than due date; let us know.

PS:If you want to repay in full or make a paydown to the principal, also please let us know.

$260 balance to be paid on 4/17. Thanks! This will be paid in FULL, no more payments scheduled.

I am very upset currently. We had agreed on $260 total to close out my account. Today I checked my account and you have debited $320.00. This is not acceptable.

If I do not have a refund of $60 in my account tomorrow, I will report this to the attorney general of my Ohio, as I have overpaid what is acceptable in the State of Ohio and you are not licensed to loan money in my state.

And whatever laws you are going to state that you follow do not apply in this state. I can send you the file of what is acceptable here, if you would like to see it. Any loans made in the state of ohio have to follow their rules.

I have been more than willing to comply with the terms of our agreement, and agreed to let you debit the entire amount of my loan today-$260.00. I did not agree for you to take $320.

Jessica
Principal and fee payment scheduled was for $260 ($200 principal plus $60 fee)
The other $60 was the fee payment for 4/3 and that you requested to be scheduled for payment on next payday which it is 417. That is why those additional $60 cameoff on same day as payment in full.

This does not change the fact that I've over paid by $720.00+ what is legal in the State of Ohio.

I'll be expecting a refund of $60, or my bank statements will be going to the Atty. General of Ohio.

Jessica
OK, no problem, the only thing here is that minimum I can fund is $100 so, if you agree I can do a funding for $100 today to show in your account, tomorrow and then I'll take the $40 back on wednesday.
Please confirm, you agree with this.

Thanks

That would be fine. Thank you for your cooperation.

Jessica

It makes me absolutely nuts when insurance companies who know you are counting on them, take their sweet own time doing their part and really leave you hanging. I had my car skid out on an icy road one morning, and the whole thing was a trying nightmare that I couldn't wait to put behind me, not only did the mechanic drag his ass and do a piss-poor job of reparing my car, USAA took forever to send them the payout, so I had to pay extra on the rental car. I was absolutely furious. Add insult to injury, I get a call from this little snatch at USAA "Just to remind me that they usually don't cover rental cars for more than 30 days". Well, I reminded her that I had no choice because they took their sweet own time to do their part, and the dumb bitch just repeated what she said, I said whatever and hung up on her. GAAAAAH! I hate insurance companies sometimes! They promise you all this shit and then look for ways to cop out!
