Rio Resources and Cash Advance Network

According to Henry Vigil from the licensing division in New Mexico stated that Cash Advance Network has had their license revoked. WHen they are asked to verify their address they up and move to a new address. He said they are known as float allovers. Which means that when they are asked to validate their address they fail to respond and move to another location.

so does that mean I don't owe them any money?

Thanks jj I never heard from them after defaulting. so I can take them off my list with T&C? Right - because t&C are in the process of sending them a proposal

I seen in another posting that the address that T&C sent the payment to for Cash Advance Network was returned. I see it this way, if they can't be found, then they can't be paid.

I just called T&C and had them delete from my account. Thank goodness I asked I love this forum!!
