I am trying to pay off a couple of payday loans, but I have absolutely no contact information to contact the loan companies and pay them off.

One appears as SJM Marketing Fee on my bank statement and the other appears as E-Payday Fee. I contacted one company called E-Payday and I'm not even in their system, so there must be another one. I really want to get these loans paid off. I need contact info!!!!

LostChris,
You can have a teller at your bank contact the ACH controller. They can tell you the identity of the company..They have a lot more info than the bank does. If the bank teller gives you a hard time about it, be persistent. This ACH controller DOES indeed exist, and they have info that the bank tellers do not.

LostChris: you may have to actually contact your bank to see what type of information they are given when a company debits your account. That company may be required to supply that type of information to the bank.
