I contacted T&C first. They could not convince all the payday lenders to work with them. They also ask for lenders address which is tough to find out. This site offered me free counseling and it was really helpful. Register with this site, they are good indeed.

As far as I know T & C does not have a website only a telephone
As far as I know T & C does not have a website only a telephone number that you can contact them through or an address. Do a search in the search box and you will find out this information.
