Where are they and what are they doing?

About two years ago, I signed on with MMG. I have about $8000 of credit card debt, and MMG told me to pay them $3000, which I did, for settlement payment. I thopught everything was going great until I started getting harrassment calls from these credit card companies, and then their lawyers. I reported them all to MMG, until they changed their website. Now not only am I still getting these harrassment calls at work, but I can't find MMg or Risk Management or whatever they call themselves now. I've been reading all these posts from other angry customers, and I'm now really scared about this issue. What can I do? Where they ever settling my debt? Is there a way I can get the money back that I paid them, and try to settle with the creditors myself?
