Does anyone know the SOL in Ontario???

What about debts incurred before that date? These are not my debts, its a friend on mine whos gotten himself in a bit of trouble. The debts are from Ontario Canada.

2 years is a little silly, I can se many people taking advantage of this rule. Where did you get this information - Id like to have a look. Thanks!!

Ok David. Send me the link. I accually dont think its fair to be able to escape a debt unless you can provide proof that you are/were unable to pay ie, sickness, loss of job due to illness ect. I think your debt should be held intrest free if you can provide proof of finacial disability. Keeping in mind im talking from a Canadians point of view, this Medical jargon for the US is disgusting!! My heart breaks for these people whove lost everything and still owe due to illness they cannot forsee or prevent. Still I would like to see this link for the SOL becaue my friend is being harassed by Collectcorp for a fake debt. I am looking into this because I myself have had my life set back many years by this companies identity theft, fraud and extortion attempts.
