Anyone have any recent information on Sonic payday.
Is any legal action being taken against them?
Any class action lawsuits?
Do they ever sue in small claims court?
I'm in limbo with them right now since my payroll dept rejected their phony wage assignment/demand letter. Any information will be helpful.

Sonic being located in Canada, does not comply with the US feder
Sonic being located in Canada, does not comply with the US federal laws. So, they will have a tough time if the case is put in the US court. I have heard so many people explaining their problems with Sonic, but no one has said that Sonic has been successful with their legal actions. They have not covered their legal basis here.
