Do you know the name of the company from where Matt was calling you?

He said he was with the United Federal Bank and he was a prosecutor and I laughed at him. THEY are all foreign people over there.

I had someone (a foreigner) call me at work and demanded that I pay $445 to them for a loan that I had with Premier Processing. He said that if I didn't wire the money to them by 1 PM that day, that they would release my public records. This was before I started reading these forums and discovered that it was a scam. But of course, at that time, I didn't know and I sent them the money that sent me further into debt. Is there any way to get my money back?

they called me again this morning and i refused to pay them anything. Make them sned you a verification and they will hang up on you. They said the feds will be here at 12:00 noon to pick me up.

Explain the situation to your bank and request them to file a dispute with the company. Once the dispute is placed by your bank, they will have to verify the item. If they are unable to give you legitimate details, the money needs to be refunded back. You can talk to your attorney if it sounds tough.

How will that work if I didn't withdraw the funds from the bank? I had to borrow the money from a friend. Is there anyway to contact these people?

Has anyone else heard from matt hardy? I had a big knock down fight with this guy over the phone this morning. He told me i better not yell at him or he'll have me "picked up" i called him a fool and dared him to.

I spoke with Matt Hardy (which I later learned is a wrestler) on Sat. April 1st. He told me the same thing and if I didn't not pay my balance in full he would have me picked up and I would go to jail. I was nervous and scared, until later that evening I found this site. It's all a scare tactic...I was told that he is apart of Ellis Crosby & Assoc. you should check out that forum, very informative. I spoke with a guy named "Steven Mitchell" as well and he was supposedly the attorney, that are all a bunch of crooks from Jacksonville Fl. I have now consolidated my debt with T&C and have not heard from them since, you take control of the call.

Is there any way to get my money back from these jerks? I called them today and spoke with Matt Hardy and Jack Smith (funny, didn't sound like a Matt or Jack....). Anyway, I gave them an earful and got hung up on. I told them that I wanted a refund and they promptly told me that they could not refund my money just because. I wish that I had known about these forums a month ago.

Tell them that personal calls are not accepted at your workplace. This so-called company is a scam. Inform your employee of the same. All that these people do is threaten and harass. I learned the hard way.

I have had the same thing happen to me. Vin Diesel is calling demanding money saying he is going to file charges if I don't pay him the large amount of money I have due. I'm going to report this company. Any recommendations as to where I can report him?

Yeah I am getting called and the jerk threatend my job after calling me every name in the book. I got pissed and finally called Tom, Habib.... What can I do to stop this crap? I am getting really upset about this.... it is only 10:00 am and they have called 7 times.....

Go ahead and file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and your state Attorney General.

Also the next time they call you and threaten you with arrest, tell them to hold while you contact your local police dpt to verify this, make sure you ask him for his name and creditials first, when you put him on hold he will hang up, prolly pee his pants too
