Hello,

has anyone worked with superior debt relief? Can you share your experience with them?

thanks

i'm Curious on this one too...
I was referred to them, but it made me feel uneasy that they wanted my SSN in the first minute of the call. I asked what they needed it for and she said "to set up the file". I asked if she was going to run my credit and she said no. I just called to see how the program works and I felt uneasy giving out my SSN just for info. I ended the call, but I have heard good things about them. I may call back but I too am looking for feed back on Superior Debt...
Thanks

Hi inthehole and rlrain

If you take my suggestion, don????????t do business with Superior Debt. Recently, there have been more negative feedbacks on them.

Tell me, does it sound nice when a company is asking your SSN# at the very first minute without even discussing your debt accounts. I have heard others saying that they even didn't send the money to the credit companies. As a result, the consumer had to face a heavy loss.

Though I don't have a personal dealing with them, but there are better companies in the market with whom you can do business.

inthehole, why not take a free quote of this website. It has been helpful to many of us here.

This Website referred me there...
Another thing is they wouldn't have taken on my debt anyway, the Debt has to be OVER $10,000. I am only owing $8500, at this point it is at a Law firm for collections. No one can take on my debt either 1) because it's too Low or 2) Because it's with a Law Firm.

Any suggestions.. I really need help. The debt is too high for me to pay alone, and too low for any consolidation companies. I'm really stuck, and they say they plan to sue..
What should I do?

Can you call up the law firm and make a payment arrangement with them? I can understand it will be a bit tough and slow process but you might get results in arranging something for you. Since it is with a law firm, the credit company might have hired them for recovering the amount. You can call up the original company and work out a plan with them. If it can be arranged, you won't have to work with the law firm also.

I tried Both. The original creditor won't work w/ me since it was passed on to the firm. The Law firm will only settle and I don't have $4,600 right now and no means of getting it. The Law firm is very hard to deal with (rude and demeaning) and won't take payments :( The said I should take my $100 a month payments I offered and get an attorney because they are going to sue.
Then she hung up on me.
I don't know what to do..

Send the payment through check from your side. If they cash it, it will imply your proposal being accepted by them. Most of the law firms use such techniques to get larger payments from people. Give a try. They won't file a case against you if you are willing to pay the debt.

Understand they are trying to get larger payment from. Due to this, you are not sending them any money. You need to prove in the court that you were willing to pay the debt beginning with a small amount that you can afford. This will make everything clear in front of the judge. Hope you are getting the point I stress here.
