Just got an email that I'm paid off!! WHOOOPEEE...I made my last payment on friday after negotiating payment arrangements with them.
Ha!
They even said if I need any future loans, please don't hesitate to call them! DOUBLE HA!!!! HAHA!

That's 3 down, 3 to go!!!

If I didn't have to work today, I'd have some wine with my cake!


It IS a good day! Every day that we see progress from our fellow forum members is a great day. Many of you have pulled together and fought against the predatory lending tactics of these payday lenders, and I think it is so awesome that these unfair debts are being tossed!!

I just put a hard hold on all debit transactions on my checking htis week agains t 6 pdl's with cash supply being one of them. SO happy to see a psoitive story as I start my quest to settle with them. I live in NH and thru the reading I have done here I know I have a good chance of getting these monkeys off my back and keeping them off! I have been in thi cycle for a year and a half and have wasted over 10,000 in fees alone! :-(
