Payday loans calling me.

Do you have a copy of the famous letter? If so, email and fax them all the letter. Alot of us has had success with it.

No i don't have any type of letter to send them. Should i call t&c and have them call the payday places for me instead of me calling them myself?

You might have to wait for some time till the payday loan companies stop calling you. Ask your consultant to give you the updates on the negotiations done with them. You also need to send your payments to the consolidation company so that they can forward to your lenders. It actually takes a couple of months for the lenders to stop calling you

Call T&C and they will call the pdl companies for you, the calls will stop be patient. I know it's hard and embarrassing but hang in there.

The payday lenders are just so mean. I haven't talked to any of them because i really don't know what to say. They did call my boyfriend and was harrassing him. They asked him to take a message but they wouldn't tell him who it was. He just told them to get pent and hung up. They called him back and just started yelling about how they don't need to be treated like that. I thought it was pretty funny.

I would send the pdl companies a letter asking that all communication be in writing, and specifically that they were not allowed to contact you at work. I think that is the letter Tammy is talking about.
