Hello all,
I was looking up kentucky pdl law and it says that the maximum fees for a $500 loan for 7 to 30 days is $15.00 per hundred meaning that the maximum fee is $75.00. should i inform my pdl that i am over paying loan interest.

Hi pierson32

Send the link to your payday loan company and ask them re-calculate your interest charges. Also, request them to send you the detailed statement so that you can plan your payments.

It is illegal if a payday loan company is charging more than the permissible interest rates. The company must make the adjustments and give you the latest standing of the account.
