Am I over paying pdl fees?

I have a question about pdl fees? If it says 14/60 days then the fees are $75 is that saying that the total should be $75 up to 60 days. here what happened i borrowed $455 from magnum cash advance for a total of 6 weeks/payments my payments are 113.52 a week now is my total fees suppose to be $75 for 14 days or 60 days. or is it suppose to $75 for every 14 days. sorry for the comfusion.

If your state doesn't allow a rollover, and allows loans for up to 60 days (as in Virginia) then under that state's law the loan would be for 60 days, and the extension fees each week or every two weeks would not be allowed.

You will have to pay $75 once only for the principal amount borrowed. Most of the states do not allow interests on extension periods. But you must check with the laws in your state before taking anything into final consideration.
