This post is intended to let everyone know that Richard A. Brennan is a fair and honest attorney, who gave me a refund when I requested it, and apologized for staff problems. I have complained quite a bit on this forum, and my needs have been met. Brennan is a standup guy, who really is in business to help others.

I'm sure he is. He posted three times in another topic about him and his business. Every business has a few humps to get over, perhaps his troubles with those comsumers stemmed from a few of his staff not doing their jobs and information being misplaced. No business goes without disgruntled customers, that's life!
